Electronic auditing system includes staff task management including upcoming and completed tasks including evidence of completed tasks, onsite login and out and customer portal to allow customer access to site arrival and departure times, upcoming tasks & task evidence & communication hub.
Placed highly trained, uniformed & security trained team on site to complete First Spring Clean and ongoing maintenance. Checked in with customer after First Spring Clean and continue to on an ongoing basis and receive extremely positive feedback on service, systems and overall experience.
Oscar white approached to provide pricing for ongoing office cleaning service. Customer requested hourly pricing on the telephone. OW explained to customer that hourly pricing is inaccurate and not reflective of actual services and or costs. Most cleaning companies are priced similarly, quotations differ greatly in terms of service (Scope of Works) offerings.
Meeting Set. Walkthrough (site tour) undertaken. Full scope of works including general daily tasks as well as ongoing maintenance tasks (undertaken on fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis) as well as weekly quotation submitted and accepted.
Electronic auditing system setup and implemented inc. Staff Task Management, Arrival & Exit time recording, Task Evidence & customer access hub implemented.
Massive Site spring cleaning scheduled and undertaken including roof to floor cleaning, internal & external window cleaning, high and low dusting (architraves, exposed air conditioning ducts, fixed and non-permanent fittings (light fittings, shelving etc.), walls, toilets, kitchen, appliances & desks.
Recycling program implemented at no cost to customer inc. the removal of all paper, plastic and cardboard and no cost.
